Story Time!

Recently I got asked to be on a podcast to talk all about a blog I wrote called “How A Wishbone Brought Me Back To La”.

A few months ago, I sent it out to my list and had some magical email exchanges with many of you about the beauty of following your intuition and the transformative power of surrender. ✨ In fact, a lot of you told me it inspired you to start asking for signs, and that just made my heart sing. 🥰

If you didn’t get a chance to read it, in a nutshell, it’s a wild story about how I trusted my intuition and sought guidance from the Universe, leading me to leave my previous relationship - and Arizona where I had moved to start a life with my fiancé at the time.

Now, here's the funny part: I never intended to write about this. 

But something led me to do so, and trusting my intuition, I decided to share this deeply personal story.

To my surprise, the wishbone blog gained traction on the internet, and before I knew it, I received an invitation to be a guest on the podcast “Excuse My Friend”. Not only did they want to discuss the wishbone blog, but they also wanted to chat allll things manifestation and my overall spiritual journey!

Now, I haven’t had many opportunities to delve into this particular aspect of my journey thus far, so needless to say, I was pumped!!!

What made it even more special was that the podcast was in person rather than on zoom, so it had a completely different energy and vibe!

I have to admit, sharing this part of my journey and discussing my spirituality and manifestation has been incredibly liberating.  

One of you guys said the words, “Kris just came out of the spiritual closet” on a recent training I did on creativity, and I had to giggle, because it’s true, and embracing my true self, and sharing that with others has been the best decision I've ever made. 🥰

Daily Dose Of INSPO 

"If the doors of perception were cleansed then everything would appear to man as it is, Infinite," - William Blake 

I love this quote so much because it speaks to the idea that our limited perspectives prevent us from fully grasping the infinite beauty and potential that surrounds us.

Oftentimes, we see things through our limiting beliefs, assumptions, and conditioning from society, which clouds our perspective on life.

It’s kind of like trying to enjoy a gorgeous view through a dirty window.  

The world is full of possibilities, magic, potential, and beauty, but we can’t see it through the dirt on the glass, which is our OWN thinking.

Isn’t that amazing? 

Because the beauty of that is that we have power to change our thoughts, beliefs and feelings, and when we do that, it’s like wiping the glass clean! 

Reminds me of the quote,”There is nothing either good or bad, but thinking makes it so”  by Shakespeare.  

Our worlds are created by our thoughts about what’s happening in any given moment - not the actual events occurring. 

Once we realize that we are free.

This month I wanted to share my “Dream” playlist on Spotify with you.  

This playlist has become a staple for my journaling, writing, and dreaming time.  📝✨

When I listen to it, I feel like I'm transported into a different world and my creativity seems to just burst at the seams. I can’t wait to hear what you think!

P.LAB Spotlight 

Alright, it’s time to shine the spotlight on this month's Producer of the Month, Omar Alvarez!

Omar is a sync and production MACHINE and I am absolutely loving watching his success unfold. 🎧

His background combines guitar theory, music performance, playing in metal bands and qualifications in graphic design and animation, and Omar brings all these approaches together under his production company, Ryftscore Music.

Omar has created different “dimensions” for the music he composes - scifi, action, fantasy, dramatic and corporate dimensions - and he blends orchestral, electronic, and hard rock/metal elements in his compositions. And he works so fast!!

Omar has already signed with one library and is currently approaching others too - and it’s so clear that this is just the beginning for Omar!

So we're sending a big CONGRATS to Oma  for winning the Producer of the Month for June 2023!

Ok, this one had me absolutely ROLLING on the floor.  I feel like this pretty much describes me trying to explain my song idea to another producer 😂  Anybody relate?

Education Station 

I’m so excited to announce we have a BRAND new training coming up in July called the “Rise of the Boss Producer”!
