1. All Sales Are Final (Unless Otherwise Stated)


Due to the nature of digital products and immediate access to proprietary content:

  • All purchases are final and non-refundable, unless a specific refund guarantee is clearly stated on the sales page

This applies to:

  • Courses
  • Trainings
  • Toolkits
  • Workshops
  • Digital downloads
  • Memberships
  • Live events

2. Courses & Digital Products


The moment you enroll, you receive instant access to our intellectual property.

Because of that:

  • No refunds are issued after purchase
  • No partial refunds or credits are offered
  • Completion, results, or outcomes are not guaranteed and do not qualify for refunds

We encourage you to review all product details before purchasing.

 

 

3. Live Trainings & Events


For all live or scheduled experiences:

  • Tickets are non-refundable
  • If a replay is included, access to that replay fulfills the purchase

If we cancel an event and do not reschedule, we may offer a refund at our discretion.

   

 

4. Memberships & Subscriptions


This includes:

  • P.LAB Pro
  • Legacy Circle / All Access Pass
  • Any recurring program

Payments

  • All membership payments are non-refundable, including renewals

Cancellations

  • You may cancel anytime
  • Cancellation applies to future billing only

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Partial billing periods
  • Unused time
  • Missed cancellations

  

 

5. Lifetime & Ongoing Access


If you purchased a product with:

  • “Lifetime access”
  • “Evergreen access”
  • “Ongoing access”

This means access for the life of the product, not your lifetime.

We reserve the right to:

  • Update
  • Replace
  • Retire
  • Discontinue

any product at any time.

No refunds or credits will be issued if a product is changed or retired.

 

 

6. Payment Plans


If you choose a payment plan:

  • You are responsible for completing all payments
  • Payments are non-refundable
  • Failure to complete payments may result in loss of access

 

 

7. Refund Guarantees (If Offered)


Occasionally, we may offer a guarantee.

If we do:

  • It will be clearly stated on the sales page
  • All conditions must be met exactly as outlined

If no guarantee is stated, no refunds are available.

  

 

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

 

If you have an issue, we want to help.

Please contact us before initiating a dispute.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

  • Immediate removal from all programs
  • Revocation of access
  • Additional action as necessary
